This monograph is based on Ekeocha’s doctoral thesis at the Asbury Theological Seminary.
Readers should read Chapter 7 first to have a glance at the major findings of this thesis. The author agrees that Matthew 24 is about both the destruction of the temple and the end of the world. Modern pretribulation-restoration of the state of Israel-premillenialist will be challenged when reading this thesis. But he does not agree with N.T. Wright in several points.
